This is a fantastic reference item for those folks who love or just want to learn about Smith and Wesson firearms.Great write ups and descriptions on most of the firearms, not to mention tons of pictures to help you with identification.

Pre-order and ended up being delivered after I could have gotten it from the publisher and other outlets.

If you are a Smith and Wesson lover, this updated book is necessary. From the beginning to today (2024), it has what you need to learn about and study everything about Smith and Wesson.

Excellent book! Nothing else to say!

The book has vast knowledge for Smith & Wesson collectors/enthusiasts, as the previous editions did. Unfortunately, the quality of the pictures is poor compared to the 4th edition. The paper the book was printed on feels cheap, as if it were printed on some recycled paper. The pictures are not as crisp and clear as in the previous edition, which I own. Highly disappointing. I do not recommend it.

This is very well put together. The photos are clear and concise. I love the engraving information. A lot of time, thought, and knowledge has gone into this newest edition.

I'm like a little kid, when I get a new book first thing I do is look at all the colored pictures to admire them. This a very good colored illustrated book. Great addition to my collection. Lots of knowledge between these covers. CC46
