I bought this new brand because of the ingredients and value for the price after trying different products over the years. I admit I haven't always taken the three pills a day as directed to make the bottle last longer but this time I went for it as I was having a lot of joint pain. I noticed relief within one day and I can't say whether it was this product or some other a dietary change that brought relief but I will continue taking this product. I feel more flexible and have almost no joint pain.

It's very effective with no contraindications or side effects or after taste

I can't speak to the actual benefits of this particular brand of glucosamine chondroitin, but there are a few features I can comment on. First, the main ingredients of glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate are at the standard level: 1500 mg and 800 mg, respectively. However, it takes 3 of these capsules to meet that level. Other formulations I've seen only require one or two capsules, perhaps larger ones.It's also common to find joint supplements in tablet form, which I prefer to avoid as they are hard to swallow and may leave an aftertaste. This product comes in gelatin capsules, which are easy to swallow and are essentially tasteless.I should mention that the source of the chondroitin is bovine (cow) and not suitable for vegans, although the capsule itself is vegetable-sourced. The formula is also stated as shellfish free. I know some people like their collagen and other supplements to be from marine sources instead of bovine ones, but in terms of benefits there seem to be no differences. It's a matter of preference.When choosing joint supplements I also look for other ingredients along with the two main ones. This formula includes MSM and turmeric extract, which are common companions to the main ingredients. In addition, this formulation includes what is identified as a proprietary blend of quercetin, bromelian, L-methionine, and hyaluronic acid. All of these are ingredients that are said to have nutritional benefits.One of. my favorite joint supplements contains collagen, which appears in a trace amount in the capsules themselves.The capsules are fresh, with an expiration date of 11/2026.My preferred supplements are those made by the manufacturer. These are not and no manufacturer is named, only the distributor, a Boston-based company, Zebora Biotech Corp. It is common practice in the vitamin and supplement industry to have a fairly small number of manufacturers who produce items for many brands. In comparing supplements I also look for information on the label as to the sources of ingredients, which is not common. But at least many supplements will state that the formula is made in the U.S. This bottle does not.All in all, the ingredients seem to be the appropriate ones for this type of supplement. My only reservations would be about the sources used for the ingredients and manufacture.

I ordered these for my son who does quite a bit of weight lifting and exercising at the gym. He seems to feel it has helped him with his joints.

In the comments of a person I read that this really do help with pain relief this is my 2 bottle I will kip using it it works.

Claims to be made in a USA certified facility, but as an ESL teacher, I can tell the English in the product description is that of someone who does not speak English as a first language.

My last Glucosamine/ Chondroitin supplement I took had me swallowing 6 tablets a day and left a terrible taste in my mouth. Even though these capsules are on the lager side, they are very easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. As a few other reviews have mentioned, it's difficult to tell if it's working as it is intended for a long term benefit. I have to get a knee replacement in 3 weeks, hopefully this will prevent me from having to get a second knee replacement.
