These cups overall do a great job mixing my supplement drinks. They are well made, dishwasher safe, and they came with these great spring things to help mix the drinks that I actually didn't think I would use. Turns out, that Resveratrol does not mix well.The one downside to these cups is that while it is good that the lid that covers the hole where you drink fits tightly, they are difficult to close completely and to open. I discovered this, because I thought that the lid was closed and started shaking the cup to mix and made a little mess. Once you know that is how they are though, you just have to make sure you close it completely.When you drink out of the cup, be sure to move the lid that covers the drink hole all the way back, so it doesn't drip on your face when you get to the bottom of the cup.

I don’t usually write reviews but, these bottles work great just as good as some higher ends ones. I also really appreciated the hand signed card that came with my order. Support some smaller companies and if you’re needing some blender bottles this is the way to go.

They're great cups. Only problem is that they are fairly opaque, so you have to hold them to the light if you are measuring water.

I tend to lose these and for the price and quality that is not much of a concern anymore.

Awesome amount for the price and works great. Very sturdy :) being a new mom I don’t always have the most time to make food so these bottles come in handy for a quick protein shake :)
