This lock is great for those who aren't too tech hip. Once you go through the steps it's pretty much the same except one or two numbers are different. Don't throw out the instruction page that has the numbers on it!Installing was only slightly challenging, as I had a male helping me. Just read the directions before you begin, man! The lock isn't installed exactly the same as a regular dead bolt, you must follow the steps in order listed. If you don't then you will have a hard time orienting the thing to open to the left or right depending on weather your door swings in or out. My favorite part about the installation was the little catch box. I feel it adds security instead of just carving out a piece of the doorjamb which in my case would be easily splintered if someone tried to kick it in. Now I have it inside a sturdy reinforced box inside the carved out wood. You'll see what I mean.I like that I can program a one time use only code, I usually program one every time I go out for any emergency that may arise.I wish there were an option to use less numbers in the codes, must use six to eight numbers in each code.I also love the versatility of auto lock, you can program it to lock 10-60 sec after it opens or you can turn auto lock off

My handy husband installed the lock but reading the step by step instructions and he was unable to get the lock to work properly. We had trouble with our deadbolt locking with using the keypad. We bad another person try to install in case my husband did it wrong, but it still was not working. They even tried to swap out for the 2nd one we bought (same product) and still had the same problem. We are returning.

Took me a minute to figure out that you have to change the orientation for the lock to match your door. Otherwise, the code will lock the door and just holding down the button will unlock the door( very unsafe). It’ll basically work in reverse. They include instructions on how to change the orientation of the lock to the way you have your door, whether you have a left-handed door or right handed door.

I hate thay the codes has a minimum of 6 digit requirements. Easy to install. Works as expected.

This was a very easy to install and the instructions were very easy follow. This lock is of excellent quality and is a very good source of security. I love the auto lock feature and the I can assign family and friends entry codes. Also a one time use code. It's AA battery operated and Micro-usb port for using Power pack for incase of when AA battery are dead , it's great value for the money , it performs as it is designed to. Overall this an outstanding product. I would definitely recommend.

Works great and good price

Sent the wrong version for fingerprint use but no reader and it will not program Also the reset tool not included. Pretty lock. Customer service in the US at this point is only a voicemail and email that are currently going unanswered. Seems like a good product. Wish I wouldn’t have waiting so long to install or I would just return it
