Really great gel!
Great tasting and a much nicer consistency to ingest on a run. Some gels are a bit too sticky or thick to down easily while running, but these gels go down nicely. The energy boost is great, too! Really nice for a long run, whether during or after the run.

Not sticky. Easy to digest. No bad belly. The cola flavor has a bit of a bite, but otherwise not bad.

The best gela I have ever try
This is the top of the gels! I have tried many others brands and this is way better, the size fits my pockets, the flavor is nice no strong no soft, and energy the best!!!! It fuel me during my latest marathon and I'm using them since then every single run or race.

Excelente producto, para los k les gusta el café, tiene un sabor muy bueno! La consistencia y viscosidad del producto son excelentes, ni muy líquido, ni muy mieloso...
