You have to be very consistent with these to see results but I love that they came with everything including a guide that helps you know where to place them for the specific thing you want it to help with. I love that you are not able to see them on the ear as much, they look like a piece of jewelry compared to others that look like multiple pimples.

I have been using this brand since May so about 7 months of regular use. These are high quality and durable. I am someone with small ears and long hair. No problems with getting the adhesive to fit because it was a good size for many different shaped ears, and the adhesive is sticky enough to not be impacted from my long hair brushing against it all day. I would compare these to the high quality version of my acupuncturist’s set of ear seeds.Using these might take a learning curve to pick up the acuseeds correctly without accidentally folding the tape, but that’s only because they are tiny. Make sure to always use mini (sanitary) tweezers like the once you use for your face (the pointer and thinner the tweezer, the easier it is, not the slanted flatter ones because those can be difficult to not bump the gold ball off because it’s too large for the size of the acuseed patch)Absolutely worth the try for those curious and those who know about them, it’s a good deal for 200 for ~$22 in comparison to more expensive shops online.

I was excited to try these since the adhesive was translucent instead of cream like the previous brands I've used. Even using ear seed tweezers these stickers are so thin they fold over themselves with the slightest but if pressure. The metal ear seeds readily and regularly detach from the adhesive. For every one that works, approximately 3 fail. Not worth the investment. Will try another brand.

For the price point, these ear seeds offer a relatively accessible way to explore auriculotherapy. The seeds themselves seem to be of decent quality, and the included instructions are likely sufficient for basic application. However, the major drawback lies in the adhesive. Unfortunately, they don't stick well, which can be frustrating as it compromises the effectiveness and longevity of the treatment. Frequent reapplication or loss of the seeds is a definite inconvenience.
