Tastes good and far easier than mixing a powder. You will "gain" weight on creatine. That's not a big deal because it's not fat, just water retention. I also found that a nagging judo injury is far less troublesome since being on it for a week. I don't know I can prove this is helping but nothing else has. Whether or not I keep on with it long term depends on if my body adjusts and sheds some of the water weight.

Pineapple flavor is great taste like pineapple soda not crazy about the sweetness but it is good and seems to work. It came sealed.i like that it’s quick and easy to take.

These are yummy! They make it easy to get my dose of creatine every day! I don't like creatine powder in my drinks, because of the chalkiness, so this makes it much easier for me.

The flavor isn’t as strong as I thought it would be but it’s still a great product - I got pineapple flavor. They’re a firmer gummy but still very easy to chew. I’ve been taking powdered creatine and I’m just burnt out on it. This is such an easy way to get 5g of creatine before a workout. Highly recommend.

Taking creatine doesn’t get easier. I pop them in my mouth pre workout and it’s like a sweet treat out all the sugar. My husband also enjoys the gummies more than his creatine drink mix. The texture is good and easy to digest with no stomach upset. I’ve had three different flavors and love all of them. I wish they came 10mg per serving instead of 5mg per serving. For the money this is a great buy.Update: ordered blueberry and it was super gross. The texture was also strange.
