Really good stuff
I like it a lot. It's different and a little salty at first since I've never used a natural toothpaste but it has no harmful ingredients and is all natural. My mouth and teeth feel so clean and I love how fresh it tastes, and for a long time after using. Def will be purchasing again!

Affordable alternative to fluoride pastes with greater potential benefits and a very clean feeling
I have never used a toothpaste like this. I have grown up with Crest, Colgate, Sensodyne, and the like, so this was a big gamble for me.My teeth have suffered from an extended period of braces as a child, without being provided the proper information by my orthodontist at the time, so my current dentist has recently suggested something different. I have been on prescription fluoride toothpaste, but my dentist told me about Theodent at the end of last year, which led me to some research on alternative toothpastes and remineralization, and ultimately to this. For me, it's not so much about the chemicals and organic nature; it's more about something that might help my teeth repair themselves. From a flavour point, this is definitely different. I typically rinse with salt water once or twice a week, so the saltiness isn't a deal breaker for me, but it is an initial shock to the taste buds. That wears off pretty quickly, however, and by the second time I brushed my teeth with this, I was already accustomed to it. The peppermint oil is a bit strong at first, but you get used to that, too, rather quickly, and it leaves a nice fresh feeling in your mouth after brushing. The feeling of brushing is different as well. Since there is no foaming agent in this, your saliva mixes with it and creates a very liquid mixture in your mouth. It almost feels like you're brushing with spit and water, save for the peppermint and salt taste. After, however, my teeth feel like I just had them polished at the dentist. They definitely feel different than brushing with a typical gel or paste toothpaste, and I like it.I can't comment on how long this lasts, yet, but I just dip the bristles of my brush in until there is a little bit on each one. I don't shave it, scoop it, or cut clumps out. The packaging says the composition of the toothpaste makes it extremely antiseptic, so I am trusting that. I will update in a couple months, however, to provide feedback on how long it is lasting.I also can't comment on the remineralization aspect of this yet, but that is another thing I will be updating about. At the present time, I have soft spots in my enamel, and decalcification in several spots where my braces brackets were located when I was younger, so I am hoping this has an affect on that. With the cost and potential benefits of this over what I have been using, I plan on using it at least until I visit the dentist for my next checkup, so I have some basis to compare the results to. I just had my semi-annual cleaning a couple weeks ago, shortly before purchasing this, so it should give me a good comparison to work with.UPDATE: Regarding how long it lasts, I just ran out last week. I have been brushing twice a day, and have been the primary user, with only 2 or 3 small brushings being someone else testing the paste. Otherwise it's all been me. Based on this, it seems to last just shy of 2 months with a typical brushing schedule.

Natural
I really like it. The essential oil are potent. I can definitely tell a difference in my teeth, whiter and cleaner too. Not really tasty but it’s natural so I didn’t mind the taste at all. It beats any fluoride brand tooth paste honestly. No sensitivity at all.

which in retrospect was a really good thing, because I don't know if I would've ...
So I ordered this first and read the reviews after, which in retrospect was a really good thing, because I don't know if I would've still ordered it had I read all the opinions on this product.I had been reading up on the bad stuff in toothpaste for a long while, so I told myself that when I finish the tube of paste I had been currently using I'll get something better. Well I finished that tube about a month ago, and after realizing that I had pretty much squeezed every last drop that I could get out of it, I had no choice but to look into something that was healthier for my teeth. This product came highly recommended by one of the blogs I was reading as I was looking into alternative toothpastes. In my excitement to have found something that looked like it was everything healthy, I quickly ordered it, and only after a day or two did I go back to read the reviews, and then started getting anxious that I had made a mistake by ordering this product too hastily with everyone's complaints about the taste. But at that point it was too late, because the product had already shipped and I didn't have any toothpaste left.Well thankfully I've been using it for a month and I have to wonder what everyone's problem is with the taste. Like seriously, I don't know how much you guys put on your brush, but I have an electric toothbrush and all I do is just lightly pat it on the toothpaste and then brush. I make sure it's lightly coated, and that's really all I need to brush my teeth.Yes, the taste is salty, and it does take a little getting used to, but now, after a month of using it, I don't think I could ever go back to the sweet-tasting toothpaste I had been using until I switched. The first time I used it I looked at my teeth and thought "wow, they look so white!" which says something to me, because I never noticed my teeth being white until I started using this toothpaste. I think the salt acts like a light abrasive which gets the teeth much cleaner. The essential oils do burn a little, and there were a few times when my gums were stinging a bit. But I'm used to it now and it only bothers me if I get it on my lips, which doesn't happen so often, and even then it's not something I can't handle, especially since I'm gonna be washing it off in a minute anyways.I absolutely live this product, tbh, and am so happy to have found it! My teeth look and feel healthier, and this jar will last me a very long time, especially since I only use a tiny bit when brushing. As an aside, after about a month of using this product (and brushing with it 2x a day), one day last week I thought about how I still have a bottle of the ACT mouthwash that I never use and maybe I should get back into the habit of using. So after flossing and brushing, I rinsed with the ACT mouthwash, and aside for the taste being too sweet (and mine was the mint flavor too) I felt like it kind of just coated my teeth with blue #40 and it didn't leave the fresh after taste in my mouth the way it used to. I really regretted using it, because brushing with this toothpaste left my mouth feeling clean and fresh, while using the ACT mouthwash left me feeling like my mouth wasn't happy that I used it. After doing a little research, I found that most mouthwashes are pretty ineffective as it is, and that a lot of them upset the balance of flora in the mouth. So not gonna be using any of that again any time soon.
