My husband, who is a primary care doc, recommends these to all his patients and drinks one a day himself. They taste delicious, dissolve easily and replenish electrolytes. I wouldn't say that they give us more energy, but definitely keep you hydrated.

I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful these powder packs are when mixed with 40oz of water. They dissolve well without any grit and provide a refreshing taste. Perfect portion size and really convenient for staying hydrated throughout the day. Definitely recommend giving these a try!

Every flavor is great, one packet can go in 16.9 oz for strong flavor or a very large bottle (I use my 40oz) for subtle flavor.

All of the flavors are great! I find that one stick is the perfect amount for most standard sized bottles, great for on the go, and cheaper than buying the pre mixed drinks. The packets tend to dissolve really fast, and don't have any grainy taste. The amount of electrolytes is comparable to Gatorade, but for an athlete something like LMNT might offer more value.Overall, if you want a good tasting drink flavoring, these are the way to go.

Great for a hot sweaty day at the beach. I carry these in my car during the hot weather in case one of us starts to get overheated. Nice flavors and they had a good long expiry date.

The flavors and texture are pleasing; I can't detect anything too artificial and the texture isn't 'soapy' as many sugar-free drinks are. Electrolytes perk me up.
