Amazing for price
Only had it a day but the quality of the watch & app is really good. Steps, blood pressure etc all seem to be working well. Interface is great & functionality looks top notch.Update - over a week now and it’s amazing, accurately recording steps, sleep and blood pressure and the battery is good

Stylish Affordable Smart Watch Packed Full of Features
As my Smart Watch had ‘expired’ and I’d already purchased the Tozo headphones the previous year, I decided that I would try this Tozo Smartwatch. It was a good price, the reviews were very good and I was already au fait and impressed with the brand. I’ve only been wearing it for the past few weeks but so far its ticking all the boxes. It’s easy to set up (I’m a late version ‘baby boomer’ so some ‘techy’ things’ can be a challenge for me but this was a breeze). It looks very stylish and feels robust with a nice thick strap and a big screen with very clear sharp bright imaging (there are LOTS of watch faces FOC to choose from!). It works perfectly with the App and syncs seamlessly via Bluetooth. It’s very intuitive to use and has all the features you would expect of any fitness smart watch- numerous fitness programmes to choose from (max 10 on the watch) messages, music, phone, all health information etc and all working very accurately. Also, it was a week before it needed charging – excellent!. A cracking stylish watch at a very affordable price. I was also impressed that there is an 18 month warranty. You do have to register for this. I was a little concerned that It hadn’t been accepted as I was directed to the Amazon US website – which it naturally didn’t like and therefore I didn’t get confirmation that the warranty had been accepted. However, I contacted Customer Service, who couldn’t have been more helpful – confirming that the warranty had been accepted and to contact them should I need any more assistance. Very quick and friendly response. So important nowadays. All in all, so far, I’m highly delighted with my first Tozo Smart Watch.

Good first smart watch
I got the S2 mini and my husband got the S2. We both have Xioami 12 Lite phones. Things that we've both noticed:• The "find my phone" feature doesn't work with our phones;• Turn both the continuous heart rate and the stress monitors off, otherwise it will drain your watch battery super fast;• Enable "no restrictions" for the app on the batter saver options on your phone, otherwise it will disconnect your watch when your phone's battery is low;• After you've charged your watch, reconnect it to your phone in the Tozo Fit app (pictured), for some reason it doesn't stay connected or automatically reconnect after charging and you therefore won't receive call and message notifications or be able to connect to Alexa.Other than the above, it's a good first smart watch, it's a good size and looks great, has good battery life with the above mentioned setting changes and good features. We use it to tell time, count steps, receive WhatsApp message notifications and call notifications - an added plus that we didn't know it would have is that it not only vibrates to let you know there's a call, but you are also able to cancel an incoming call from the watch if needed.

Good watch. Terrible app. Terrible service
I use the S2 only for my Smart Home, and I use Alexa as the controller. The S2 app integrated with Alexa without many issues, and setting up was reasonably easy.Problem 1) PAIRINGThe Bluetooth falls out whenever the watch and my phone are out of range, which is fine, but it almost always needs to be set up again whenever the phone is back in range. This is very frustrating! It should re-establish Bluetooth automatically.Problem 2) The APP.What on earth is this app doing?? To use it, you have to sign in to your Amazon account, which is expected, BUT, it keeps on disconnecting from the account, and I have to sign in again almost daily, even when the box "keep me signed in" is ticked! It drops out even when the watch and phone are in close proximity, so TOZO need to look at this asap.Problem 3) The WATCHI like the watch a lot. It didn't cost a fortune, but I sent the first one back because I thought it was faulty (see Pairing and Disconnecting). The second watch does exactly the same thing, so it points to the app as being the culprit. No other device that I am using through my Amazon account ever disconnects.Problem 3) TOZO SERVICEWhat TOZO service? There isn't any! They have ignored my requests for an answer, which really isn't the response that any organisation that sells through Amazon should be allowed to do. I doubt that Amazon will stop TOZO selling on their website, but they need to seriously look at this seller, as it tarnishes Amazon's reputation too.
