This knife has a perfect blade. thick spine tapers to a razor. I use these "chef knives as personal steak knives. Restaurants supply, to cut their steaks, ALWAYS dull, ALWAYS serrated, ALWAYS "meat shredders." So, I carry my own. I started with a Japanese actual "personal steak knife with a nice leather case," however it is small, tiny, far too little for a 26 oz Prime Rib. So, I've found that the Chef Knives, like this one, or good sized and cut steak like butter, making the fine Steak and Prime Rib eating experience, even better. This knife has a bit of a chunky handle, large in the pocket, but it actually makes the steak experience, better. The price is great (incredible), for what you get, GOOD STEEL, great buy.

I bought one, a folding bread knife. It is a piece of mechanical art. Perfectly fit together and shiny stainless steel. I have no complaint at all, only an observation. The thing is right handed and I am left handed. But such is life. It wouldn’t be practical to produce a left handed version for a minority. I am more than content with my little bun slicer and I do admire craftsmanship.

I was surprised by the quality and finish of this knife. It’s feels odd having such a nice knife in my pack to cook at a campsite. Great value and easy to use. It’s also sharp right out of the boc

I have the bread and meat knives. I use them for trips and camping. They are long enough, and fold nice for safety and compactness. Super sharp. Not some high end German job, but they work nicely!

Constructed exceeded my expectations for the price. Would definitely buy again.

This is a very nice folding chef's knife. It's large enough to work well for food prep. Its well made, solid, and made from a good stainless steel with a comfortable and attractive wooden handle. I was sent the wrong knife initially. They sent me the fruit knife which, while not bad, is similar to many knifes I already have. But they replaced it immediately, and once I'm credited for the return, all should be well. Compared to other folding chef knifes of equivalent size and quality, this is a deal, and the competitors seems severely overpriced. Overall I really like this knife, and for a folder to just throw in the pack for a picnic this is an excellent choice.
