Not really sure but it supposed to strengthen bones…I haven’t been taking it long enough to feel or even notice improvement but hopefully it works for the long term in my favor.

I have to admit a feeling of energy and less body aches while taking these vitamins. I went on vacation and forgot to pack them. Three days later I noticed the stiffness in my body. And attribute it to not taking the vitamins.
