More than an air fryer - bakes, roasts, grills... From Tofu to Tater Tots. Low Calorie Cooking.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this machine. I didn't think I would - but I do. I don't like owning a lot of kitchen devices as I have a small kitchen. Additionally, I think people often buy the newest fad and then the machine doesn't get used. I limit myself to the bare necessities in kitchen appliances. I researched this before purchasing and figure I could return it if it didn't perform well. This design is totally different from other air fryers. I purchased an air fryer for a friend and while the thing worked it was bulky and I couldn't figure out how one could actually clean the thing out. I think the oil and debris must accumulate or the high temps sanitizes the machine. I never wanted to own one until I saw how Ninja turned the traditional air fryer design upside down. Unlike all the other air fryers, this design it so very easy to clean because the cooking element of the sits on top of the glass containers. The bowls can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator. Not sure if they are safe for microwave or not. This is so more than an air fryer as it bakes, roasts, grills, etc. Ninja doesn't advertise the machine as a low calorie way to cook but it should. Any fats from the meat one cooks or oils added to the food ends up at the bottom of the container. Saves lots of calories when using the grill function. The two glass dishes are incredibly easy to clean. One would think with the high temperatures that food would bake on and be difficult to remove. It isn't. This glass is somehow different and cleaning is easy and simple. Mostly just with soapy water and a sponge unless especially dirty then scrubber side of the sponge might be needed. Cooking has been so very easy. Since it take relative little time to cook say chicken thighs (10 min), I can cook them and then cook some vegetables (5 min) without the meats getting cold. Or I've been able to partially cook some baby potatoes and then stack chicken on top and finish cooking both together. I've cooked everything from tater tots to marinated tofu and everything has turned out great. As with everything there is a learning curve in determining how long to cook something. When cooked correctly chicken thighs have turned out crispy on the outside while still moist. I cook marinated tofu to be used as either a high protein snack or to be later added to a stir fry. Believe it or not my dog absolutely loves the tofu I have been making in this Ninja. I mean she LOVES it. I have been using this machine several times a week which is highly unusual for my don't-really-like-to-cook cooking style. The smaller bowl is the right size for one to two people, while the larger bowl is sized for larger portions. With the larger bowl I was able to cook two Cornish Hens. Their picture showing it cooking a whole chicken is wishful thinking IMO. I don't think possible unless that is a very small chicken. I find grilled vegetables come out great, as do baked potatoes and roasted mini potatoes. Grilled eggplant and peppers have been very tasty. I have attempted a sort of stir fry but since vegetables require different cooking times I found that sequencing the vegetables too time consuming. No fault of the machine as I was asking it to do something it was not designed to do. I tried their tater tot recipe and it was pretty good. I keep trying to create new ways to use this machine and know I have not yet explored its limits. Sometimes if I put too much food into the smaller bowl I will get foods slightly stuck onto the heating element. But never had any problem removing that food. I have not tried baking cakes or anything of that sort but plan to try sometime. This is one of the most versatile machine I have come across and the reason I would buy it again. I've started to enjoy cooking again due to this little machine.

Perfection EVERY SINGLE TIME
I am impressed 🤯Let’s start there. This is my very first air fryer ever and when I say as a beginner this is the perfect air fryer.I love the size of the container and pod. All parts are easy to clean and the pod itself will stay clean. Cleaning is a breeze. Detaching the adapter is not hard just pull the tab forward gently and it will detach. Place the pod back on reseating it back into the adapter is smooth, it will click back into place.I thought I would make a mistake when using but this device is SO EASY TO USE. This makes meals easy and simple. Pretty simple to use a pre teen can make themselves something to eat without the danger of using a stovetop or oven. If you are trying to stay in a calorie deficit this is something to consider. The smaller container would be perfect to make sure you are not making too much food. Make sure you keep any other objects clear from behind the air fryer pod and you’re good to go. I’ve used this twice a day for breakfast and dinner. I have used all 4 settings and this little tool can work MAGIC on raw, frozen and fresh foods: chicken 🍗, bacon ommgggg makes bacon 🥓 absolutely amazing vegetables, and frozen hash browns. It’s such a time saver. The scent of your food cooking will have you obsessed! 😍 🤤If you can skip using various pots and pans consider using this for one or two of your dishes. Not much oil needed but I do use spray coconut, avocado or olive oil for extra crispiness but it’s really not needed it’s not called Crispi for nothing 🤣 it will make you think you deep fried your food without the added calories! Just like any other air fryer. Using a light coating of oil won’t hurt anything either it’s just amazing like that.I have the pretty periwinkle color 🩵 I am glad I waited to order since the new limited edition colors dropped. I just can’t wait to try more recipes and get the mid sized 2qt container sold separately. Don’t hesitate, don’t just add to your list or save for later 👏🏾ADD 👏🏾TO 👏🏾CART🙂↕️🙌🏾 🔥💯

Best appliance ever !
I love this air fryer so much I have now bought it for my mother and my sister and talked 5 other people into buying it. It is small, easy to use and easy to clean. It comes with a little book that tells you how to use and several recipes and YouTube has several peopleThat have reviewed it and talk about how long to cook meats. We bought it for my mother because she is 86 and recently had surgery and we were looking for something to simplify her cooking and cut down on cleaning. You can marinate, store, cook, and store left over all in the same container. It takes up no room on the counter or in cabinet all pieces can go in the dishwasher except the engine but I use my Swiss towels to wipe the inside of that down. We use it everyday. We have cooked everything from chicken,Salmon, French fries, our whole meal etc. There are only two of us so we can fit a whole meal in the larger container. If you have a family of 4 you would only be able to put the meat or vegetable or starch in. We can put chicken in and flip it in 6 minutes and add asparagus, cook for another 6 minutes and they are perfect. We had a large air fryer that was a glorified convection oven before. It was expensive, took up a lot of room, and impossible to keep clean. The is such a good replacement. I put wrap chicken sandwiches in it as well. We use it every day at all meals. It has quickly become the most important appliance in my kitchen. It reheats meat beautifully without having the weird texture the microwave gives it. Definitely check out YouTube videos as a minute or two makes a big difference in cooking and over cooking but once you get the hang of it, you will love it. It’s all glass as well so you aren’t dealing with flaking teflon and plastics and other toxic items around your food. Well worth the $$
