This tastes really nice, you can alter the sweetness by adding more water. Trip magnesium powder about an hour before bed has really helped my sleep. I would usually be awake at 3am each night but I am now getting full nights of sleep. I would highly recommend trying it.

Tastes great and helps me fall asleep but...While the flavour is good and it did help trigger sleep for me. I felt mildly anxious in my sleep and that's when I found out that I might be sensitive to magnesium glycinate which is one of the main ingredients. I probably won't purchase again and will stick to my usual magnesium oxide tablets. Gave it 4 stars as it can still be good for others who are not sensitive to magnesium glycinate.

This is by far the best magnesium supplement I have used and I get the best sleep. Mixed with sparkling water and ice it tastes great

Although I really like this drink - its a little bit over sweet for my taste and very expensive for what it is - hence the 3 stars from me.

Didn't last a month, tasted awful, had no effect to my energy or well-being whatsoever. I'm sorry, but you CANNOT price this product at this amount, it costed about 15 pound when I bought it about two months ago.Do not buy this product, obviously
