Very Poor Product and Service

VERY POOR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, PARTS NOT MARKED WITH IDENTIFYING NUMBER, NO APPARENT WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PARTS ARE WEAK AND FLEX TO EASY. AFTER 30 MINUTES I HAD TO GIVE UP, WILL RETURN FOR REFUND AND BUY AMAZON BASICS.
