I typically have a hard time sleeping and I can pop 2 of these and be out within a half hour. I usually stack 2 of these with the deep sleep caps as well but 2 of these by itself does work. Overall a great product.

My first time trying this brand. It’s local to where I live so I’m excited to see results and how it will work with my body. So far so good!

When I first ordered magnesium from Santa Cruz Paleo, it arrived in a nice glass container with a ribbed cap. When I ordered it, it came in a plastic container and a basic cap. This is a little cherry picking, but originally it was advertised as a glass container and they seem to be cheaping out on that stuff or not sticking by their word. I do notice that the new ones do come with 120 capsules instead of 60, but it should still be in glass packaging. Just wanted to give my thoughts.
