Nice, thick, creamy, spreads easy, doesn't stain, no noticeable smell, protects heels/ankle bone, bottom etc, first feel oily but really protects. Any residual when changing wet bottom washes off easily with soft wipe. Yes, I still find some visible on a bed bound overnight bottom. I love the tube, which comes plastic seal wrapped and a foil seal under the lid. I don't like the dipping method risking contaminated ointments.Like anything for health care I wish it was less expensive, but it's cheaper than treating a prob!em. I don't go without these products and use daily. After a hospital failed to protect and allowed a bed sore to happen, I am hyper preventive at home. A few days at a hospital ended with bed sores, not being able to sit and medications, years at home and none, yup I will keep using this daily!!I've even used it on my neglected barefoot feet at night and rough spots were so much softer in the morning!

I have no idea how this actually works but it does. I took a leap on it and it is expensive but it actually works! I got it for saddle sores and I started using it on old scars and cuts and it’s like new skin in a bottle. It dosnt smell, non greasy and it dosnt clog pores. I waited two weeks before writing a review to make sure it wasn’t psychosomatic. I added a bunch of their other pro to my cart now. The label and packaging is just average but the product is a 10. I just wish the cap stayed on tighter, every time I open it there’s a hardened layer.

this is a good heavy duty cream for fragile skin - the ingredients are good and the results are noticeable on skin. This is a very dense/thick cream - and doesn't necessarily make skin look soft/smooth or silky - but for cuts and bruises and delicate skin that needs care - i'd recommend it.

Anything from Trichoderma is really good. Works well and fast to heal and take away pain.

This is greatest healing cream I’ve ever used. I wish it were more affordable so I could use it every day but none the less. It works so much better than anything else I’ve tried and heals even old wounds and helps with scars. I love that it has more of a lotion feel so I can put it on often instead of most ointments with a greasy feel.

Have a bad scrap on my lower arm and it seems to be healing with this cream.

I used to love this stuff when I was having skin problems a couple years ago. I was getting these pimple- blister like sores on my face, neck, chest and back and I used the triderma line to heal them, great at soothing infections, put a layer to protect that now feels alot more greasy and vasiline like when it used to feel more natural and like an expensive brands barrier protection and silkier. However it still isn't totally bad and can't beat it at the price point. I feel like it's more of a make it feels better cream than a healing, soothing one, as it just seems to feel good when you put it on. I do recommend TriDerma highly, but this specific formula isn't my favorite.
