I had non-stick cookware which was in terrible shape. I decided on stainless steel this time because I didn’t want to deal with non-stick anymore. I chose this set because of the price and the look of it. It’s absolutely so beautiful! I love that it only comes with two lids and two detachable handles (you can purchase handles on Amazon separately if you need more). I usually only use one to three pots at a time, so I can make do with what comes with it. They’re great because they don’t take up much space. I read the instructions on how to cook with stainless steel and I’ve had no issues with burning or sticking or anything. The two lids are nice and both can fit multiple pot sizes. The whole set seems really durable. The only issue I did have is when I boiled water, I accidentally burned one of the handles. There is silicone covering the handle that will burn easily if it’s over a flame. That was my own fault. I don’t put the handle on when I’m boiling water now just to be safe. But the handles are very easy to put on and remove and won’t fall off when you’re cooking. Would recommend!

This is my second set of Carote cookware and my first set that is stainless steel. This set matches my nonstick set well. It’s heavy and durable. What I love most about this set is how little space it takes up in the cabinet. The detachable handles allow everything to stack compactly. I also like that the lids are so versatile so you don’t need a separate one for each pot/pan. Again, that is very convenient for storage, as I don’t have a lot of cabinet space. My nonstick set does not have detachable handles and came with a lid for every piece, so it takes up quite a bit of cabinet space.

This is a great buy.

I like the compact size but its useless cooking food because the food sticks so badly it becomes mush.

Easy handle and sturdy but not too heavy for arthritic hands

Edit to say: Please make sure you are ok with some sticking using these pans, the customer service where very responsive and will make you feel more comfortable with solutions.This pots unfortunately are not good for me, they do not clean well even after using extra virgin olive oil and good soap and or bars keeper. They do stain, they are good quality but not for ease of use, more oil needed and short time cooking. The color is beautiful but the quality is not as I would like. Definitely keep looking if you like non-stick.

This is a very good complete cookware set for an attractive price. What’s sets this set apart is that all six pots and pans and their two lids can be stacked together. Takes up very little space in your kitchen cupboard, and would be great for an RV or if you want to bring your cookware along for a stay at a rental condo where there often isn’t a full compliment of good cookware.The outer ceramic layer looks attractive, and all of the interiors are stainless steel. These don’t have any particular nonstick coating, but with the usual care hold up as well as any other stainless steel cookware.To get these to stack, the pan’s handles are removable. Two handles are supplied. They easily snap on and are held securely. No concerns when lifting a full pan off of the stove. A simple button press removes the handle, although I haven’t found that I ever inadvertently pressed the button. The handles remain attached unless I want to remove them. There are also two lids provided, each of which can safely be used on a few different sizes pots or pans. There are ridges on the underside of the lid that mate with a few different sized pots. There’s also a bonus pair of utensils and four felt protectors to place between the cookware for storage. Overall I am very pleased with this cookware set.However, there are two items that I have found less than perfect and one would have been nice to have. The nice to have would have been one or more handles. Two handles were supplied, but there are five pots or pans that use them. True, it’s not all that often I really would have three of those on the stove at the same time, and it’s easy enough to place them where needed, but one or two more handles would have been appreciated. The two less than perfect items related to the lids. I do like that they’re glass and can fit on a few different pots, but that means when a lid is used on a smaller pot, it hangs over the edge of the pot all around. That sometimes got in the way when sliding pots around. I’m sure I’ll get used to it. A larger issue is that the lid doesn’t sit fully on the pot when the handle is attached. The handle grasps the rim of the pot preventing the lid from properly covering the pot. The work around was to remove the handle when the pot was on the stove, although I do prefer having the handles attached while using the cookware. Don’t want to try and put the handle on if I need to quickly remove it from the stove.But, those two items do allow for the compact stacking of this cookware set. It is an attractive set, has worked well and is nicely priced. For those that want a quality set that can be put away in the smallest possible space I certainly can wholeheartedly recommend this cookware set.
