Picture quality
So far have found the picture quality excellent-the blacks very complete. Very satisfied. The apps are quirky, but that is not why I bought this TV.

Very bright and clear
Excellent TV! Looks better than the Q90F due to the semi glossy screen and it’s much less expensive. It’s bright enough for any room.

Confirm Samsung available Apps, and the correct size Pedestal.
Great TV. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for two reasons; first, it is missing the apps I use and have used on other TV’s. Check the app listing before you buy. The 2nd reason for a low score is because Samsung had the wrong size pedestal in the box. The TV I purchased is an 85” and the pedestal that came with the TV were for a 75” and of course did not fit. So, Imagine opening a huge box in your living room and you realize you don’t have the pedestal to support it. Of course, I called Samsung, and they really thought I had to be mistaken. They asked for pictures showing the numbers on the pedestal. After they knew I wasn’t crazy they said they would send replacements “IN 10 TO 14 DAYS!!!!!!” So now my living room has a huge TV halfway out of the box leaning precariously against my couch potentially for the next two weeks. I called and asked if I was to order and pay for them if I could receive them faster, they said no. I decided to buy a universal pedestal from Amazon. I arrived over night and worked great. Of course, the replacement 85” pedestal arrived within two days. Why couldn’t Samsung have an expedited way of shipping under certain conditions and at least narrow down the arrival time.

Bad HDMI ports
Unfortunately, I had to return the TV due to bad HMDI inputs. The TV would default to 720p resolution. Unplugging the HDMI cable and plugging it back in would sometimes get it to display in 4K, but after a few minutes the screen would flash, an “optimizing”message would be displayed, and then it would be back at 720p. I even bought an 8k cable to try.I packed it back up, Amazon would rather I returned it than fix it.I will note, using the built in apps on the TV worked at 4K and the picture was great. But I’m usually needing to use the HDMI ports. So now I’m back to using my old Samsung 65”, which looks great at 4K. It’s a 2021 model but still works good. My only goal was to upgrade to a 75”.

Long setup, but totally worth it... The picture quality is amazing and the apps load quickly.

Great TV
I was all but ready to return this tv. I was having issues with the playing of Netflix. the movies were too dark. then I was directed to turn off my hdr on Netflix and the pictures came through much better.

Excellent TV
This TV has an excellent picture quality. The sound quality is also very good. We have multiple TVs of various brands, but I can easily say this one has them all beat. The speed of the interface is noticeably faster than all our other TVs. I usually have to use a separate streaming device with TVs because the TVs are so laggy with apps, etc. I don't use a separate device with this TV. The built-in apps are more than fast enough to enjoy. I have it connected to a sound bar via eARC HDMI and I wasn't sure if the sound would be any different. It is. The sound is just more spacious and louder. Again, another noticeable difference. The TV has multiple HDMI inputs, a network jack, antenna connection, optical connection and USB ports. The TV has the option to always output sound via optical even if outputting sound on another interface. There are also some AI settings that the TV allows you to enable for picture and sound. Things such as knowing how to adjust picture and sound according to the room and what's being displayed. I left the AI settings at default, and I am very satisfied with the picture and sound. The first thing I started watching was a documentary about a hidden treasure that took place in the US. The first few minutes had some opening scenes that blew me away. The forest and mountain areas looked 3D. the motion was smooth, colors vibrant and the picture was extremely crisp. My wife usually doesn't pay attention to details on tech devices, but she immediately stated that she could tell a large difference between this TV and our others. The price is more than some other TVs of comparable size, but the TV is also much better quality than the cheaper ones in picture, audio and features. It is definitely heavier than my garage TV which is also 55 inches. It uses a standard Vesa mount, so wall mounting is not a problem at all. The remote is smaller but handles all necessary functions. One of the only things I didn't like was the need to set up a Samsung account in order to access all of the apps. We subscribe to almost all streaming services and the TV supports all of our apps with the exception of one car racing platform. It's definitely a winner that I highly recommend.
