Good EDC.
Light, good quality, fairly sharp (could be better) decent for it's price. feel's light and durable (not to a prying extent) but durable enough for what it's made for. good EDC (Everyday carry) was a bit confusing at first on how to use but got the hang of it. value is decent. it's a pretty medium sized knife.

Great Value for Money, Not street legal in UK
Just received my knife today. Arrived home from school run to find it in mailbox!! a folding lock knife that must be signed for. Nice one Amazon idiot! However, the knife arrived in tamper proof hard plastic casing and to be honest it looks pretty good. I bought it for general use camping garden etc but not for work as I would need to carry it and it is not UK street legal. Weight is nice, frame is decent with no sharp unfinshed edges and the blade is sharp. Frame and blade are attached with allen bolts which is a nice touch. The blade is locked shut, it can be released with a handy, small, unobtrusive press button, it also auto locks open and is closed with the usual CRKT style of using your thumb to push the small tang aside thus releasing the blade for closing. My only minor complaint is that when opening and closing the blade it is not silky smooth and has a slight roughness, that may smooth out with use, I don't know. Overall though for this sub £10 price it is pretty impressive and well worth the money. If I lost one of my CRKT knives while out I would be out of pocket by £50 + if I lost this one I would be disappointed but could easily replace it.

Great knife, only £10, really???
The knife feels a great weight and holds nicely in the hand. The knife is not UK street legal due to its lockable blade, this is a shame as I see lockable blades as safer to use from an EDC usage as they can’t close on your fingers. What has surprised me is that I’ve had to sharpen it already. The actual curable section is not the full length and it only lasted a month before I felt it was blunted. Hence the 4 stars. However this knife is less than £10!!! So I’ll shut up 😊

Good day to day knife, comes sharpened, compact with good closing mechanism
These are great little knives, with a sharp blade. These are great for day to day use - I would not use them for heavy duty use - like whittling, or daily rope cutting, but to open a box or two and cutting rope every now and then. The blade comes nice and sharp, I bought a few, some came with a knife top some did not, all are in that awful plastic form packaging, which they would be good to use to open, but do be careful, when you cut the packaging to get into it - the edges of the cut packaging are always sharp - daft I know to highlight this when you are buying a knife, but just in case this is your first time opening this sort of packaging I thought I would mention it.The blade is stainless steel - the whole item is powdercoated in black.I am not sure how long the blade will hold the edge - it should be easy to sharpen using whetstones as the grade of metal is not high grade so sharpening should be easy - it just will not hold the sharp edge for a very long time like the higher grade steel does - but I have high grade steel knives which I carefully look after, these are just for bits and pieces , where you are looking for a pair of scissors and never find them, when you just want to cut off that tie or bit of packaging, or to take on the occasional camping trip these are ideal. The price is very good for these blades. As I said, they are not heavy duty, but even so, they are quite solid in the hand, the mechanism closes and locks well, no loose hinges so no risk of collapse or accidental opening which you will find on very cheap folding blades. The blade itself is a good thickness, and certainly sturdy enough for what I have in mind. You cannot chop firewood with these, you cannot use these for cutting leather -the force needed would be too much for the mechanism, but they don't advertise the blade for that.carabiner - you could not attach a carabiner directly to the blade I think, but you could use a bit of paracord through the end and attach it to a carabiner that way.to close the knife - it is a simple lever mechanism a lot of people will be familiar with but just in case you are not sure - ( the knife comes opened) - hold the knife by the handle - ensure the sharp side of the blade is facing up towards you - look at the handle part in hour hand and you will see that just under the exposed blade, at the top of the handle, there is a diagonal pice of metal. Carefully take the blade in your hand and use your other hand to push the top of the diagonal piece of metal to the left - to make it inline with the handle so that it is not diagonal anymore, and carefully fold the blade down into the hole you have just made by moving that piece of metal out of the way. you need to push that diagonal piece of metal firmly. Please do ensure you keep the blade sharp - there are a multitude of videos on how to do so from whetstones to the bottom of your best china, but a sharp knife is a safe knife.Keep it sharp, keep it clean, keep it dry and A little mineral (which you cam buy online cheaply or even get it at your local pharmacy) on it a couple of times a year and it should last a long time.I think ithey are worth the price, just be sure what you need it for and buy the appropriate knife for the job.
