Is there foam padding on the upper and lower portion of the case?

Maybe my case is an updated version but it has foam padding on both the upper and lower. Both are removable, one is thinner than the other, making for varying levels of padding depending on your watch needs. My case is perfect with both pieces in for my Apple Watch 45mm Series 7. The charging cases are too flimsy so I opted for this case. So glad I did. It’s like the Oakley Watch Vault but better.

Will a 44mm apple watch fit in this watch case?

what is the diameter of the inner donut? it is for my slim ladies watch (25mm face & 60mm wristband).
