Would this color suit Indian skin tone?

Yes it gives you a very mild shade of blonde that is not very prominent. Not very sure if it would suit very dark skin but it definitely looks good on medium to fair skin. I think it should suit darker skin as well as this is a very mild shade and yes beautiful too
