could one use this to replace lawn chair fabric and if not any other recommendations covered by prime shipping?

This is a lightweight mesh used in bag making and other sewing crafts. I don’t believe this would hold up for lawn chairs. You might try JoAnns for an outdoor canvas type of fabric, or 3” nylon strapping, maybe a boat type store that sells marine supplies.
