Don’t buy!
I used it for a few minutes to cook Korean BBQ beef: I couldn’t even finish because it warped, burned up, fried the meat, and now it’s ruined. Completely useless and a waste of money. DO NOT BUY. There’s a star on rating only because I had to pick a choice or else I would not give it ANY stars.

Cheap quality but works.
Inexpensive, does the job. Definitely not a non stick. But since it's steel, I used steel scrub to clean.

Excellent Korean BBQ grill
I don’t have a gas range so I bought an electric hot plate for bbq. Most of these are made from gas with a sharp bottom and a detent to line up the grate. I bought one of those by mistake. This has a flat bottom that encompasses the round element and sits perfectly on the hot plate housing. I’m sure it can work just as well on a gas range but it fit my application as I needed.

Not non-stick, Not smokeless
UPDATE: Took me a few days and plenty of elbow grease but got it as clean as Im willing to take it. Will season the surface prior to using it again**********Tried cooking bulgogi beef. I used cooking spray prior to cooking on it. The beef stuck right away and the amount of smoke in my house was unbelievable. Not sure will be able to clean it, but will try

You get what you pay for
It’s fine for like the first 15 minutes but after that you have to wash it. It’s very thin so it gets hot right away making it faster for the meat to stick onto it. You’re better off paying a little extra for better quality

Easy to use and easy to clean
I live on a sailboat and use propane stove for cooking. I find this to be very useful for cooking meats and vegetables. And if you're very careful you can toast bread with it.

Worked ok once but was impossible to clean
I used it once and the shape of the center plate warped as I cooked with it. The food that got burnt on was impossible to clean off even after soaking in hot water and using steel wool. Had to throw it away after first use because it would get clean. Over all poor quality and would not recommend it.
