I take a blue bottle in the morning for joint health, vitamins in the afternoon, a black therapeutic humic restoring the digestive system in the evening and a yellow one with magnesium at night. I understand the value of these products and the additional bonuses they give to the body and I consider them the best and plan to take them for a long time, or rather integrate them into everyday life, because our food and medical industry is going in the opposite direction from health and we need helpers who will protect and cleanse from toxins and chemicals that we are forced to consume with water, food and air. in order to survive in this aggressive external environment. I recommend these products to everyone, but in order to understand how they work, you need knowledge, and most do not have it, and for this reason, people cannot appreciate the value of these products. A bit chalky, but pleasant taste. Arrived with a sticker on it stating that it was “sold as a set” so I guess someone broke up a set before shipping the one bottle to me.

I was prescribed this to alleviate headaches and muscle aches while on a diet. I took it for the first time last night and had no problems at all. Slept well all night too!!!

This primarily magnesium liquid seems to work well and is calming in the process. I usually take it close to bedtime and so far it appears to help with my poor sleep habits! It has a slight chalky taste but it has a good flavor.

I am on my second bottle and I can say I do feels better.

I have been chronically tired. Many times my alarm would be blaring but I'd sleep right through it. It woke everyone up in the house but me and id get yelled at. Or I'd hear it but just ignore it while I lay there in a tired fog.I can 100% assuredly say, that there is a huge difference if I take this before bed. I tried it for a week and it was like a week of not fighting so hard to get up for the morning. I decided to see what would happen if I stopped, and the night I didn't take it, I had the same problem with getting up with an alarm. Got back on it right away and worked like a charm that night.I also take this in conjuction with the fulvic and humic minerals liquid. I have been on alives liquid multivitamin for a long time but not sure it's doing the best for me so when i finish it up, Im starting this brand's liquid multi.Such a relief that I'm not dead tired anymore and ive dealt with this for years. I didnt know what it felt like to not have the fog. This liquid makes it like 70% better.

I am a 63-year-old female and for the past 2 years, my knees have been getting stiff when I would sit down and then get up.
