I bought this for 2 reasons: 1. I had ACL reconstruction surgery 1 year ago and I still feel uncomfortable leaning on my knee 2. When I use a thick yoga mat I feel like it stretches too much length wise causing me to not feel stable in certain positions. I have been using this product for a couple weeks now, about 4-5 times a week for core exercises as well as other exercises (donkey kicks, fire hydrants, etc.). So far this has held up well, no permanent indentions which I saw as a con on similar product reviews, and it has made me much more comfortable for my entire workout

I'm older and just now getting back into yoga. I was having issues with my knees for some asanas, so bought this. I've been very pleased. It takes the pressure off my knees and allows me to do my asanas with more comfort. Very happy with the purchase.

There was no block included with the bag and knee pad. Disappointing. The knee pad does its job.

I cannot tell yet how durable these items will be, but definitively the best value. I was looking for a bag to carry my blocks for outdoor practice and this does it.
