This product is a life saver. I suffer from chronic neck and upper back pain, I use this neck stretcher in the morning and once a gain at night and I can feel how my neck and spine decompress. Since i've been using it I have regained mobility and also the pain is completely gone. I will keep using this product every day. the problem with most people is that they work with their chin down and it hurts their back. This thing would be great if fit 180 degrees around with the opening in the back ... so that this supported the chin and held the head up

The product really works well if you pump it up all the way. The only bad thing about it is when you do pump it up all the way, it constricts your airway a little and pushes on your carotid arteries, so beware of that!

Product is not of the best quality, it is not comfortable for a 18" + neck size. I would not recommend this product.
