The ink on the label hasn’t even dried yet and it’s arrived! Super impressed with this fast delivery. It took away all anxiety of waiting until after Christmas. Refurbished, yes but screen looks great, buttons, touch works, testing battery life. You guys are awesome and this came right in time in every way. I’ll be kick butt in classes next semester! Purchased from "Tech Magnet" - A 45W charger was sent with the laptop and stopped working within a week, but a quick phone call and they sent out the correct 65W charger that got here the next day.Fast forward to a few months later and the new charger dies. I call to get yet another charger and am told that it's been over 90 days (by two days!) and they can't send me one. Even though the listing had said it had a year warranty.They've lost a customer and went from a 5 star review to a 1 star over an item that would have cost them just a few dollars to replace, and now I have a paperweight for a computer that can't charge.

So far I like it. The backlight keyboard is useful as one ages.

When turning on the laptop, the battery life was 100%, showing 1hr and 20mins to run. While I was unpacking the package, I saw the charger was for a desktop computer. And, when I checked the battery life, it was 6% in 3 minutes. I could not even charge the laptop since the charger was not for this laptop. I waited for this item for two days, and now I need to go to UPS to return this. I wasted my time and money. This is totally not making any sense. You should not sell an item like this. This is like a fraud.

Can easily get 4+ hours out of it.

While the computer functions well and arrived in good condition, the computer did not have a backlit keyboard as advertised... I am sending it back as I only wanted it because it was advertised as having a backlit keyboard. I believe the seller should either change the product description or provide the devises they advertise.

I received this computer early as I was expected. And it was protected. But when opened it ready to set up, guess what, the computer was already set up with an account, with three apps.I was surprised to see how an item new is sold as someone was using it.I understand that it is refurbished, but I believe before resell they have yo restore it so as to delete previous details including account and personal details.Yo this was different, has an account, with this weak battery which lasts 2 hours and dead.It’s screen looks good but shows that of course is used which I don’t complain since I purchased it knowing that is used.I am disappointed how they can send me a computer with someone’s details?

I was thrilled that it came a day early. No complaints here! Works very fine for a used laptop. Only thing is that the company must of put the incorrect charger in the box. Thank goodness that I had a old charger here to spare! Other then that, very good quality and just wonderful all around.
