Good for helping with nicotine cravings. For myself I always buy the stronger 4mg. I find better value for money. Although not for everyone. I prefer the stronger 4mg where other people will not. Very effective in what it does. Good value for what I paid.

Smoker for 50 years, with aid of these lozenges I quit with ease.

These are fantastic - they simply do the job. I’m now 11 days off smoking after 14 years of 20 a day, and it’s been pretty easy going with these bar the odd craving. You’ll need them regularly but can’t complain they’ve made a very difficult process much easier

Having been a smoker for over 60 years, I've made trillions of attempts to quit, and failed every time, that is until I discovered these miracle workers! I've not had a cigarette now for months (and don't want one either!) The craving has been entirely obliterated... I'm not kidding either! These are ok, not as good as the mini lozengers as they don’t taste as good and they’re bigger to fit in the gum but slightly cheaper.
