Black lining of the pot is chipping off. is it safe to use this way ? is it toxic ? do i need to replace the cook pot ?

You can order on their website for a new pot. It's just probably the nonstick is chipping off. When washing dishes, please try to stay clear of any hard or sharp objects on the pot.

Does the rice stick to become a goo ball if you eat it after a few hours of cooking?

Not, if after it is done, leave it uncovered (or half way).

Why is the 5200 model only 860 watts, and this model is 1550 watts ? The 5200 is new model with half the wattage?
