I order this for my mother to help with menopause symptoms. She has been using this a couple months along with black cohosh and says it really helps . She can definitely tell when she misses a dose . She was on rx hormone replacement but decided to try this instead. Will absolutely keep reordering.

I have been using this product for a few years and it actually helps to minimize my hot flashes and night sweats, caused by menopause. I would reccommend it to any woman who also suffers from this "womanly ailment." I will definitely be buying it again, and again.

I like that I only need to take one a day to help with hot flashes from menopause.

I made the mistake of buying this brand instead of the Natrol one I had been, largely because the number of pills per serving was fewer.Well, I had two hot flashes well using this brand and I had had zero with the Natrol! Looking at the active ingredient on the label its states "glycine max".... what??I am very disappointed I would love my money back.

HRT is better, I'm sure, but this did seem to help MP "hot flashes." If nothing else, soy isoflavones are good for you (so I've heard.)
