0523-16 Mastisol Medical Adhesive with Spray Pump

I use it to apply my CGM for type II diabetes - and it keeps it on there (i also add a bandage overlay. I sweat like an insane person and it still hangs on. Amazing stuff.

Works great with blood glucose sensors.

This is actually used in hospitals as surgical glue. It does stay VERY well! No allergic reaction (I’ve had a reaction to everything except this & SkinTac). I don’t really need this for my Omnipod, as it stays well for 72hrs, but my Dexcom G7 stays for 10 days with this. It does require a good adhesive remover, I buy pads and soak my site with the remover pad, gently peel my site off & wipe the rest of the adhesive residue off. Then I clean with an alcohol prep or soap/water.When applying, drys VERY quickly! I use one spray for Dexcom sites and 2-3 for Omnipod, depending on overlay size. 10/10 recommend

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a CGM and with warm weather, it tends to lose its grip. This holds EVERYTHING tight.

it sticks to skin but easy to remove

I tried this to help keep a Dexcom CGM in place. It does a fairly good job of helping things stick, but the smell is pretty gross and it bothered me for days even though I used it on my stomach (not that close to my nose). I found Skin Tac Wipes to be just as effective without the bad smell.
