Great Theodolite GREAT Cross from South Instrument ET-02

My military prime customer asked me to procure SI's ET-02. Not only could their distributors not obtain pricing & delivery, there east coast office never answered the phone, nor returned any messages. The DET-2 is form, fit function, at a better price too!
