Buy it!! So glad I did. In an effort to reduce plastics in the kitchen, I bought this and a larger Boos Block. This replaces several cheap cutting boards. After using Boos oil/cream products, it functions perfectly. It is now my go-to board for slicing tomatoes, peppers, onions, cheeses, etc. Easy to wash and then ready to reuse.

A nice thick board that has multi purpose functionality. Use the back side for charcuterie board. The top side has grooves for cutting a nice streak without ruining your countertop. Buy the oil and cream to prevent wear and cracking.

DO NOT BUY. Garbage. All seams splitting after 4 months. Zero response from Boos. I've had a Teakhaus for years and it looks better than new.
