This seems like a weird characteristic for a carbonated beverage.The taste reminds me of Red Bull but sweeter, without that bitter components. And this isn't as heavily carbonated so it' goes down pretty easy.The liquid's the same consistency as any other carbonated energy drink.As for the effects, I don't have really debilitating anxiety or stress. I get stressed out easily and lose focus when stress increases. I find myself able to focus faster and longer on my work when I drink these.I drink one a day only, usually late afternoon or evening. I think it does help me relax but it doesn't help me get to sleep any faster I don't think. I signed up for auto shipments after the first 3 or 4 cans.These seem expensive, but if I tried to get the active ingredients in this drink on on my own I'd pay the same or double what I pay for a case of these, and there's no guarantee I'd take the supplements in the right proportion on my own to give me the same effect. I look at it as paying extra for convenience. As long as I can afford these I'll be keeping them stocked.

Wonderful blend of comforts.Not only is it tasty and sweet, almost like grape soda (it is carbonated but not overwhelmingly so) but also works surprisingly well.Excellent choice for people who are looking for an alternative to other beverages without feeling deprived (not saying it’s ideal for low calorie or sugar diets so if that’s a concern make sure you check out the ingredients etc). Great in lieu of a glass of wine or a soda with dinner (It serves the purpose of both while still feeling good about what I’m putting in my body) or as a swap for a beer during the game or on pizza night.It’s also calming for hormonal and anxiety issues. and I love it’s portability. You won’t regret the purchase.

I’ve tried tons of varieties of non-alcoholic drinks that are supposed to be mood enhancing with adaptogens and feel this one is just ok. Flavor is pretty good - sweet and mild. I did not feel any relaxing effects as I have With some other brands like Hiyo. Still enjoyed trying them.

This definitely performs as advertised. Unlike some similarly marketed products, this actually does have a noticeable effect. Taste is fine, nothing special but palatable. The biggest issue I have is with the price, which Amazon seems to raise on a weekly basis.

Anytime I try a new product, I like to start with the worst reviews and work my way up to the highest. Most complaints were that the taste was off, it wasn't affective at reducing symptoms of stress, or that the product was over-priced.I personally enjoyed the taste and can honestly say that after a long day of work, not only did I feel relaxed, but sleep came very easy that night. I should add that I also take a daily dose of St. John's Wort and a CBD supplement with ashwaganda. I'm also 7 weeks sober from alcohol. I say all of this as a "results may very" disclaimer since everyone's body chemistry is different based on genetics and what you consume regularly.As far as price goes, not sure I can afford the $30 price tag long-term, but I can always use the money I used to spend on overpriced bottles of champagne :)I would recommend giving it a try and consider using it in conjunction with other stress/anxiety relieving practices and supplements. Some of you likely need to consider therapy as well, lol! Just kidding, but not really...

Tried this to manage my anxiety and have been impressed with the results. Maybe its placebo but I have high anxiety especially social anxiety so if I drink one of these before a social event or even if I have to present at work or something, it brings me down to just the right level and I can be comfortable. It can sometimes make me sleepy at night or if I have more than one. If anything, my only complaint is that the taste is a little strong, it almost reminds me of the tang an energy drink might have but its still a good flavor and I can look past it. Going to try the zero sugar one next time though.

I like these! My boyfriend liked stealing them from me, so double thumbs up. I'm one of the poor few who can't use cbd or thc products because of allergic response. I also no longer drink alcohol and am just generally keen to try anything that claims calming, zen-like properties. The taste is slightly complicated without being cloyingly sweet. It reminded me a bit of diet redbull. Did I tranquil out? I don't know, lol. Maybe. I'd repurchase though-
