Measured - Bulk powder Density not in specs
Great product. With deep red color of pure Lycopene, a hydrocarbon soluble in oils but not water. The additives make it disperse in water easily. One quarter of a teaspoon from my package weighed 658 mg. So 3 x 1/8 teaspoons should be about 223 mg or about the recommended amount for me.

It's Lycopene!
As advertised, it's lycopene powder that I can use in my protein shakes.

Serving measurement
There is not measurement of how to take this product.. bag is small with mega servings but it is useless if we don't know how much is serving.

Good & fun!
The bag indicates the power contain lycopene 5%. It is easily dissolved in water and tastes little powdery. I made gummy bears with this products: mix water, gelatin, lycopene powder, and sugar. Microwave and pour in gummy bear mold. Refrigerate for a few hours. The powder gave deep red color to gummy bears. I am very impressed. I could give five stars if it came with a more detailed instruction or recipe.

What a beautiful powder!
Lycopene is important to have in our diets according to Dr. Bruce Ames’ Triage Theory. Tomatoes & other foods that contain it do not agree with me. I started taking this supplement, and I do not have any digestive issues with it.

Good price and an ample amount.
Purchased this to assist with my health improvement, as I could never eat enough tomatoes to duplicate this ingestible amount.

Deceptively advertised
Be aware that this product is deceptively advertised. The "200 mg per serving" is actually the "serving size," not the lycopene content. Only 5% of the serving size is lycopene, so your "200 mg per serving" yields only 10 mg of lycopene. A level teaspoon of the powder weighs about 1000 mg (1 gram), which contains 50 mg of lycopene (0.05 x 1000 mg). Most of the powder (95%) is corn starch, sucrose (table sugar) and gum arabic. The weight of the powder in the package is listed as 500 grams. This means the lycopene content of the package is 25 grams or 25,000 mg (500 x 0.05). This is equivalent to 500 capsules of lycopene in which each capsule contains 50 mg of lycopene -- the largest dose currently available in capsule form.Lycopene is fat soluble, so it will not dissolve in water-based liquids. You will need to sprinkle it on foods like a spice. The foods should contain fat to enhance lycopene absorption. For example, I sprinkle the powder on cottage cheese (4% milk fat).
