Where is this garlic grown?

My bottle, which I paid less that $5 for recently at a local store, says it is "Packed in the USA" but not where the garlic was grown. So I feel the source remains unverified. Use by date was 19 months after purchase.

Is the container made out of glass or plastic?

Plastic , Glass bottles may break in transit.

Last jars I ordered the Best Buy use buy date is on the top of the lid. Garlic is a natural antibacterial as long as the minced pieces are white or slightly off I’d eat them with no concern. Some where on the jar, label or lid is dates. Big difference between Best Buy and best use date.
