Is it safe to use the vacuum mode with sensitive PC components (GPU, CPU, MOBO, etc)? or should I only use the blower mode for those?

You can use the vacuum mode for the PC if you use the small attachments provided. My wife uses the vacuum inside her sewing machines to remove the dust. She never blows into the machines as this could push the dust into very sensative parts and could cause major damage. With the small attachments the suction is enough but not too strong.

Can it clean out the dust between your keys?

It is powerful enough and the extensions have small enough pieces to get in between the keys. My suggestion would be to turn off your computer before you vacuum though.

What bags does it take? Can I get off the shelf bags? Can I get a hose extension?
