Love it in many ways!
I got this attachment today, hooked it up to my Miele vacuum cleaner and vacuumed all my rugs. The roller attachment fit perfectly, was easy to use, and cleaned just as well as the non roller attachment that came with the vacuum cleaner. I called Miele customer service, someone came on the line immediately and helped me find the right attachment for my vacuum cleaner. Great experience. It’s well worth the money.

Major upgrade to Classic C1 for low to mid carpet and pet hair
So I’ve had a Classic C1 for about 2 years now. It’s a wonderful vacuum and works very well on vinyl plank floors, but about 6 months ago I moved to a place with low pile carpet. The vacuum head that comes with the C1 is kind of meh on carpet and is kind of difficult to maneuver on carpet but I’d still say it performs better than a lot of other vacuums. That said when I discovered this piece I was intrigued and WOW does it make a huge difference. I mean holy dog hair! This thing not only moves more easily and smoothly on carpet than the original vacuum head, but it got so much dog hair off the carpet. I’ve never had a bag fill so completely. I was both horrified and impressed 🤣 A++ definitely worth the money.

Genuine vacuum head for Miele canister machines without an electrical connection on the hose
I have an ancient (more than 25 years old) Miele white star vacuum (I think it’s now called a C1). I took apart the original head one time too many, and it wouldn’t go back together completely. A shiny new Miele vacuum is too expensive, especially since mine works perfectly well. I haven’t needed to buy any replacement parts (like hoses or attachments) before now, and had I cleaned it normally and not completely disassembled it many times, I would not have needed to buy this part.I didn’t consider a knock off brand for this part. This doesn’t look exactly like my old one (it has a transparent window and a wheel thingy instead of a slider to adjust the suction level). This is a genuine Miele part, and it fits all Miele canister machines that do not have an electrical cord from the hose to the head. It works perfectly! Don’t hesitate if you need this part.

Turns Pure Suction Miele C1 into all-around great vacuum
If you buy a “Pure Suction” (SBAN0) Miele C1 Classic vacuum that does not come with either the turbo or electro cleaning heads and intend to vacuum medium pile carpets, this accessory is a must. Note it can be purchased as part of a set with the C1 “Turbo Team” model vacuum (which includes this accessory head and small parquet floor head).I bought the C1 Pure Suction model vacuum which includes the AllTeQ head (combination head for hard floor / low pile carpet). I found it to be acceptable for very low pile loop carpet and hard floors but not for the medium pile twist carpets in bedrooms. On higher pile, the AllTeQ head is challenging to push / maneuver and since it has no beater brush, cleaning performance also suffers. This TurboTeq accessory attachment solves those problems. It is easy to maneuver on carpets and delivers excellent cleaning. It is powered by the vacuum’s suction via a turbine in the head driving the beater brush (not a built-in motor). The brush speed and power are high and cleaning performance is excellent (better than my cordless Dyson stick vacuum).Highly recommended.

Easier to maneuver than the Electro Premium Power head
I purchased this with great hesitation because of the price for my Marine C3. I own the Electro Premium Powerhead which I find to be heavy and clunky. The brush roll on this one is powered by the air of the vacuum, and works very well, if not better, on medium pile carpet. It is great for carpeted stairs as well. It does have an air flow adjustment which is helpful on throw rugs. It does not have a pile height adjustment, and it does NOT lock in upright position during pause (which I find to be a plus because that feature becomes annoying with the electro power head, as there are many times you might raise it during use and it locks upright). It is not intended for bare floors. Overall, it is a much better option for me.

One of the worst designs I've ever encountered. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A DOG !!!
For what this item costs, the materials should be MUCH more durable. I thought the original power head was a marginal design, but at least I could remove 2 + shaped screws and quickly clean it out. This one has 6 Torx screws, 4 of them buried under the wheels. Not only is the removing the internal parts 10x more difficult, the design is terrible. What happens when plastic is rotated at high speed ? Add a small amount of pet hair and you get FRICTION. What happens over time when plastic mixes with friction ? MELTING !!You guessed it, after just one week of use this junk seized up. I thought maybe it was due to dog hair getting trapped in the roller - nope - the cheap plastic bearings they used simply melted and fused, locking up the roller. I dismantled it and found it was not repairable. What a pathetic design. I would give this -5 stars if I could, Miele , you just made it so that I will probably never buy another one of your products again - nice work ! I do not recommend this to anyone who has anything other than light dust to pick up. A small amount of dog hair literally destroyed the roller and bearing it sits in. BAD DESIGN !!!The first photo shows what the bearing is supposed to look like. The second two show the overheated, melted mess that resulted in just a small amount of dog hair being caught in the bearing. I literally had to pry them apart, and there is no way to repair it. WORST PURCHASE EVER !!
