3 X Winco TN719 Blade Hamburger Turner, 6-Inch by 3-Inch

I was once a line cook prior to my career as a systems admin. One of the things I kept, and have had for about 25 years, is a really nice turner from my flat top griddle days. I still have it. It still works well. I wanted a back up/extras to use in my stainless and cast iron skillets and griddles at home. I took a chance on this three-pack because the price was so low. Figured I would buy a more expensive one if these did not work out.These are as heavy and solid as the one I have had for 25 years. They stand up to saute', burger searing and even do a decent frittata on my small cast iron griddle.I hand wash these and will be using butcher block oil/wax combo that I use on my cutting board in order to keep them in their best shape.I think I will purchase a set for my kid who recently moved out.

Description says "3 X Winco TN719 Blade Hamburger Turner, 6-Inch by 3-Inch", indicating there were 3 turners coming, only one in the package. The turner itself is great, sturdy, easy to use, but the product description is misleading. They only sent one turner, not 3. If I had known that I would have just ordered the single pack, which was cheaper. I would return it for a refund, but the hassle of having to take it to the UPS store is more than the return would be worth. I just wish the package had 3, not the 1 I received.

Real talk: I took a chance on these. I wasn't sure if it would turn out to be Chinese crap or a good product. And hey, I guess I made a good call 'cause these are great. They have a good weight and seem really sturdy. I use these mainly with my cast iron and they hold up great. I'd buy them again, but it doesn't seem like I'll need to.

Easy to clean, well made, very durable, and a handy size for cast iron pan cooking. Only thing I wish would be if this was just a little thinner and more flexible. These don’t flex at all. Makes cooking easier.

I love these and have replaced all my spatulas with them. Incredibly sturdy and well made, you don’t have to worry about losing any food off the end when flipping! Or the handle breaking.

This is a very firm spatula that I wanted for smash burgers. It is firm, however, the short handle exposes your hands to grease splatter when "smashing".

This is a strong stiff spatula. They are perfect for our flat top griddles. I esp. like the beveled edges. They are great for fluffy pancakes and big steaks. They can flip just about anything.

Beveled edge is definately an advantage to a more sturdy blade for turning and lifting food during prep. Excellent value
