Great Flour for Sourdough and other Breads! One of only 2 Brands I really Trust Using
King Arthur is one of 2 brands I bop back and forth between for flour. I love that it's unbleached, non-GMO and organic!! I like using both bread flour and all purpose but the bread flour is generally my go to since it helps the rise on my sourdough the best. Don't notice any weird tastes or textures with the flour either which is nice!Bonus that's it's an American made product with red wheat from farms in the country.
