Quality icing that let me color my stews and curries. It needs a lot to make it a bright color, but I've yet to use it on a white sauced base.You can start off small projects with just a dot and a tooth pick. It will leave a mark on your skin, at least for a while.It did not mess up the flavors when used.

Purchased this to make icing whiter. A little goes a long way. Never used it to make purple, though.
