I am 6 feet tall and 1 76 pounds. this seemed to work the first night, but each night thereafter it fell off during the night. i could not figure out why that was happening. The market place seller allowed me a full refund through amazon.

I have tried other pillows and they never seem to stay in place. This design is very comfortable and does not slip around like the others. It comes with Velcro strap which I used the first night but found I really didn't need it. I have arthritis in both hips and bursitis in my left. I would always start having pain within 10 minutes of laying in bed.....I am now sleeping better through the night and my pain level has eased up quite a bit. Would definately buy this pillow again. The design and comfort is definately worth the cost for the pillow (which is much cheaper then a lot of others I have bought)

They need different sized for us with larger legs or a velcro strip to hold it on. I made an elastic piece to use around it to hold it on and it does help with knee and hip pain.

I have a bad hip and thought this might help me sleep. Unfortunately, this pillow is so soft that it squashes down to nothing! It arrived squashed in a mailing envelope; it bounced back, but it is not firm. A good idea, maybe, but an unsatisfying product.

The Sleep Buddy idea is a very good one. However, at 5'2" and 115 lbs. it's not working so well for me. I've been alternating it with an ordinary lumbar pillow which I like better. The Sleep Buddy is just too big for me and the polyurethane material just feels too hard. I'm conscious of a heavy weight on my thighs. The illustration that comes with it shows its placement on the outer leg. I change sides often and it's not clear if you need to put it on the other leg when you turn over, which would be a nuisance. I've been checking out knee wedge pillows and other knee pillows that are similar to the Sleep Buddy and they cost less money. Since I've used it I don't think I can return it, so maybe I'll have to keep trying to see if I can get used to it. My acupuncturist advised using a knee pillow for hip alignment and it does seem to help with that.

Worked great for about 3 weeks. Now the foam compresses too much to be useful

I purchased this for my husband hoping to help him sleep better. It has made it possible for him to get a continuous/full night's sleep. He no longer wakes up in pain after only a few hours when he would have to apply anti-inflammatory/pain cream to get back to sleep.I did have to attach ribbons to the open ends so he could tie it around his leg because he was having trouble with it slipping around too much. The ribbons tied across the opening have fixed that issue. I have plans to replace the ribbons with a Velcro strip instead.

A little big for my leg and knee so it does not stay in place, but it is ok for the short term. Better structured for a large boned male than a bony kneed femail
