Jeffrey Greaves is correct, this uses the AT/Everex pinout currently used by 95%+ of motherboards. It is NOT the INCOMPATIBLE DTK/Intel pinout used by Supermicro motherboards and some other older devices. I wasted hours troubleshooting and researching a RS-232 problem with a Supermicro motherboard with this type of cable.
