Calories in a serving?

I had actually bought these because I read they were zero points on weight watchers. I wanted the variety pack because our grocery store only carries about three flavors. 1/4 a teaspoon is considered a serving on the label. Each flavor has either 2 calories or 5 calories. The ones with a sweet flavor have 5 example is Carmel Corn and Kettle Corn. They all have zero fat, zero sodium, zero protein, Some have 1 sugar and some have 1 Carb it depends what flavor you use. I hope this is helpful. I love these. I bought an air popper and I sprinkle this on the plain popcorn.

How many servings are in a jar?

I have used the mini jars at least 20 times and there is still some left.

are the containers bpa-free recycle code 1?

I'm not saying I've been everywhere or I've done everything but I do know this is a pretty amazing popcorn seasoning. A man would have to be some kind of fool to worry about bpa or recycling with THIS kind of flavor.

What is the highest sodium percentage?

They’re all 4% or less; Butter & Ranch are 3%, Kettle Corn & Caramel Corn are 0%

Best popcorn topping

Kernel Season's is the best seasoning for popcorn. The cheddar is my favorite, but mixing it with the ranch seasoning is even better. I usually get several different flavors, and try to get them in the larger sizes for even better value per ounce. They are cheaper through Amazon than at my local stores, and the stores are usually out of stock anyways. I considered dropping 1 star off the rating since this stuff is addictive, but I'll be fair, it;s really good. I'll even take some with me to the movie theater when I get popcorn, just can't eat it without.One word of advise is to keep these away from humidity as any powder will clump if placed in humid areas. The ranch and chile lemon are more prone to it so keep in dry air or it will clump.

Tastes so good

I love to put this on popcorn. I will also mix it with the Ranch seasoning. It's so good and not as unhealthy as some other seasonings as far as the ingredients go. Reasonably priced when you buy the 3-pack.
