I ordered this stand to replace a previous toothbrush holder that was more closed (similar to a cup) and ended up collecting stains. The way that this stand is set up is that it is more open in terms of air flow so as not to collect moisture and keep the brush more sanitized. I also like the fact that the bottom of the stand is just the right size so as to not take up space, but look nice and, I like the fact that the stand has small rubber cushions to protect the feet of the stand from staining the surface and/or scratching it.

It has just the right amount of space with 5 slots, perfectly fitting all our toothbrushes and keeping everything organized. What I really love about this:1) It's relatively small/compact but with enough room for the three toothbrushes and two tubes of toothpaste we put in it.2) I haven't been using it for long, but so far, it seems it will be easy to clean. (My former toothbrush holder was clear plastic and collected grime in the bottom corners which was near impossible to remove, even with soaking in cleaner or vinegar and washing and using q-tips. This appears to be very easy to clean and like it won't collect grime easily b/c it's open and also made of stainless steel.3) Sturdy.What I don't particularly love:1) B/c it's not that big, when i'm trying to pull out one of the toothpaste tubes, it has knocked over the entire holder several times and things go flying. Two tubes of toothpaste fit into it fine, but when you try to pull them out, they will get stuck in the wires on the sides on the way out and knock it over (despite the fact that it is sturdy/relatively heavy). I find this super annoying as I have to put everything back.Overall, I like this toothpaste holder a lot and if you don't need it to hold a lot, this should work great for you.
