Nice, used for Mud runs, don't provide extra grip when wet though
These are nice gloves. I used them for several different mud runs. They do not help with gripping metal rings or monkey bars. I would have been better off going bare handed. I have extra large hands and have had trouble finding gloves that fit sometimes. These are not too small. My fingers do hit the tips of the glove fingers but it is not uncomfortable to wear them. They breath well and do not retain much water. Even when crawling through the water and mud they were not slippery and never felt like they were going to slide off. Protected my hands from scrapes, cuts, rope burns, splinters, blisters and any other hand related injuries you can think of at a obstacle race. Just take them off when they are wet and you need to grip something slippery.

Soapy bath time kitty won’t escape again GRIP!!!
While I didn’t give these gloves 5 stars in every category, they certainly get 5 stars overall. Those other categories aren’t what these gloves are about. These gloves have but one purpose. To obtain a good grip on items. And they most certainly do that, with plenty of grip left over to spare. In the house these things will make simple work out of things like opening a over tightened jar lid...or holding on to your cat as you attempt to give him a bath. You could probably open your cans by simply twisting them in half with these things. They literally turn your hands into vice grips. Your only limiting factor is your own strength to twist things. Regardless, nothing will ever slip through your hands again. These are most definitely a 5 star item. No doubt, if you have enough strength, you could pull out tree stumps with them. Once you have a good grip, these gloves simply won’t let go. Either you’ll rip apart what you’re holding on to or your wrist will rip right off the ends of your arms, but nothing’s going to just SLIP through these babies. At this price, they’re a bargain. Much higher quality than what I was expecting.

Great gloves!
I bought these a few months after my carpal tunnel surgeries when I planned to go from team driver to solo driver, and would no longer have my co-driver doing the hand-intensive stuff for me. They are one of my favorite pairs of gloves. They are super grippy, but also very flexible. I have had other gloves that had a nice outer surface, and were fine for things that required my whole hand (e.g. fueling), but were so stiff for doing anything that required finger dexterity (e.g. pressing the unlocking lever to close my knife) that I would have to take them off to complete the task. These aren't very thick, and don't have any padding to add warmth, but are very comfortable for using day-to-day. Under the grippy surface, they use a nice material that reacts normally to grime and moisture (a previous pair of another brand of gloves that I bought exclusively for fueling weirdly turned ICY COLD if they got a drop of diesel on them! These do not.). I haven't had any need to wash these, but they seem like they would be more washable than many other pairs of gloves I have had.The rubbery surface rips relatively easily, but I kind of think the way it only partially covers the inner glove is by design. When you get a tear in the rubber, it only affects the one tiny part that was torn, and doesn't spread to the rest, because it isn't really all connected. So don't be disappointed if you get a pair and snag them. I've been using mine daily for months, and even though my first tear happened in the beginning, the gloves are still perfectly functional even now. I don't think it's a flaw. I think they were made that way on purpose. (I uploaded photos of both sides. You can see where some of the rubber has torn, especially on my middle finger, but since the coating is perforated anyway, the tear doesn't spread.)One thing to note: I am a woman, and though my hands are normal-medium sized for a woman, I assumed I would wear a small in these gloves, as I assumed they were really made for men. I bought one pair in small, and one in medium. The small are very tight and uncomfortable, and I would not buy them again. The medium fit perfectly. I ended up buying several more pairs in medium when they went on sale. Love them! (Note, I haven't even opened any of the new pairs yet, as these are still going strong. I read some reviews that said the fingertips wore off, but my fingertips are still intact after months of use!)

The Best
I used to buy these at Lowe’s and Home Depot years ago, but when my last pair inevitably wore out after intense usage, they were nowhere to be found in the big box stores. Thank God they were on Amazon. These are truly the most durable, versatile work gloves you can buy. I use mine for yardwork, like raking, shoveling, using a mattock, etc. I recently shoveled a ton of gravel and developed not a single callus on my hands. I also love that these come in a small size, as my hands are small. They fit perfectly.

Some of the best work gloves you can buy.
Ended up buying four pairs just to have extra for other people to use because they are so good. They're grippy even when wet and provide excellent protection from banging or scraping your knuckles. The only downside is when your hands get wet or sweaty they can be difficult to take off if you size your gloves to have a snug fit.

5 star grip but -5 for durability.
Got sent the wrong size so i returned them but i had also ordered the Carhartt version of these gloves. Would be a 5 star review if i was just going off of grip but the rubber got worn through on the first day of use, although certain aspects of my job are very demanding on gloves I still expect way more durability. If you're looking for gloves with great grip, then these are great. If you're looking for both grip and durability don't waste your money. My advice would be spend the extra $ and get a pair of Mechanix grip gloves. They cost almost $30 but they are worth it considering they last for awhile, have great grip and are a great fit imo.
