Dermalogica Precleanse Oil Cleanser, Makeup Remover for Face - Cleanse Pore and Melts Makeup, Oils, Sunscreen and Environmental Pollutants

I have been using this product for a few years and it's hands down my favorite for removing stubborn eye makeup and dirt. It's oily, but goes on nicely. I use one pump to remove a days worth of makeup and dirt. It does leave your face feeling a bit oily, so I followup with my normal cleanser. I will use this until they stop making it! It also seems to last a long time for the size of the bottle, so it's worth the value. I even squirt some in a travel container to take on trips. Highly recommend!

I use this at the beginning of 99% of my services. It picked up first and oil and preps my clients faces for an effective cleansing. I couldn’t get the results that I get without it.

Been using this for years. Mid 40’s guy w/ oily, sensitive skin. This is one of the few products I can tolerate to truly deep cleanse my face. I don’t use this daily, I use it weekly as a prep for face mask and I use this in conjunction with the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. It is so effective at GENTLY removing that top layer of sebum/oil to allow the face mask to actually penetrate into my skin. Otherwise, I’ve found products just sit on the surface. Definitely recommend and worth the $.

Love this product....its a small amount but it lasting for a long time...use just a couple of drops on the face and it melts any make up...sucscreens...like magic...then wash face with yr favourite face wash....I use purity Woods...or Riversol....and yr skin is clean yet not dry..The travel bottle is cute and never leaked strong.

I absolutely love this product. I have blackheads on my nose and chin and i am amazed that it actually cleans out the oils on my face. It has a very nice scent. Nice product. Makes skin smoother and moisturizes.

So I don’t understand the exact science behind fighting oil with oil, but this works. My skin on my face and my upper chest was feeling extremely rough and bumpy . I keep this oil in the shower and I often forget to use it correctly. )It’s best to start on dry skin or nearly dry skin and rub it in and then mix with a bit of water to make the exfoliant happen) . I was literally massaging my chest with my fingertips and this oil in the shower last night: and felt everything break loose and my skin felt smooth! No wash cloth needed! (I still use one after. I just am trying to impress on how well this product was working.)I’ve used this product several times over the years, but never was ever actually able to feel it working immediately! I have combination skin (oily in some areas, dry in others) and hormonal acne. I also get really congested skin/blackheads, all that gross stuff lol. Last year someone recommended I use an oil cleanser before my normal cleanser, which I first thought was crazy because why would I want to put oil on my already oily skin?? But they said it would help to get all the gunk/dirt and grime out of my skin first before I do my second cleanse. Literally a breakthrough for me once I started doing it.Two months ago I switched to Dermalogica products and started using this cleanser every night before normally using the daily microfoliant. Using this really gets all the oil/grime out of my pores first.Only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the scent, but it’s the smell of the oils that are in the product not an additional added perfume scent like some other products sometimes have. Personally I am just not a fan of scented products especially ones that I use for my face. I think because I don’t normally use a lot of scented products I am pretty sensitive to them so this smells strong to me, but I like it so much and what it does to my skin that I still use it daily. It would be awesome if they made a scent free version though!
