So far so good!! It really gives me support and the knee hole is comfortable unlike the last one I had that I returned!! So far it stays in place and doesn’t slip down after a few weeks of daily wear, which is exactly what I was hoping for! I wasn’t sure I’d like the side support but I really do!!! It’s not bulky so it fits under jeans and work pants!

I’ve tried a few different knee braces before, but this one is by far the most supportive and comfortable. The gel pad around the kneecap feels great and really helps stabilize my knee, and the side spring supports keep it steady without restricting movement. I’ve been wearing it during workouts and long walks, and it stays in place all day without slipping, which is a big plus.I also noticed less stiffness and swelling after wearing it consistently — it definitely provides relief and makes moving around easier. At first, I was worried it might feel too tight, but the fabric is breathable and stretchy, so it fits snug without being uncomfortable. If you’re dealing with knee pain or just need extra support for sports, this brace is a solid choice.

I was in a bad car accident a few years ago. Sustained a traumatic brain injury and tore the meniscus in both knees. Due to the brain injury, I was falling down everyday. It was impossible for me to move my knees to get myself back up. I bought a different set of knee brace but those were no help at all. I bought the NEENCA brace for both knees and my life changed. Of course, my meniscus were still torn, but these braces made it possible for me to get myself up off the floor. They have patella support and bendable supports on both sides of the knee that helped prevent my knees from twisting, tearing the meniscus again. While wearing the braces, I could move and sit without unbearable pain. They worked better than any brace I’ve ever tried. The compression was perfect and helped heal my knees.These are truly well-made. I was surprised how well they stayed where I put them on my legs without constantly slipping down. Being heavier, I was pleased they fit my larger legs without being uncomfortable. I also love how they look and the color choices. They look very cool and I wasn’t embarrassed wearing them in public. These are an incredible, quality product that didn’t cost me a fortune. I recommend these to everyone that suffers torn meniscus and/or arthritis.

Fits great, looks cool... but for the price, I expected 2... I bought some compression knee braces recently and they fit and feel fantastic but I liked the gel pad option around the knee on this one. I figured since I paid less than $25 for my other set, this being double the price, I would at least get 2 since afterall I have 2 knees. So opening up the box only to find a single brace was a bit of a surprise. $50 seems a bit pricy for a single brace.The side bars are pretty flexible which seems counterproductive. I would assume the side bars were there to prevent your leg bending left or right while still maintaining the flexibility to move forward / backwards. I can't tell that they do much in terms of protecting my knee or maintaining any real sense of stability.... it almost seems to be an aesthetic choice made to look beneficial. I will keep it but I really wish I would have just opted for the Old Bones knee braces because I ruined my knees skateboarding and those seem to be made for my type of old bones. I wish the gel bad around the knee were thicker because if kneel down on my knees, the gel pad isn't tall enough to coushin my knee...I would rate this 3.5 if I could. It seems to work OK but I feel like it is way overpriced for what I got. I prefer the Modvel compression sleeves that I recently got that are half the price and I received 2. I will test this one soon when we go on our next big hike and update my reivew accordingly.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I've got chronic arthritic and post surgical knee pain. My grab bag of assorted wraps and ACE bandages was pretty old so I came in search of something new. The Neenca brace appeared to be just what I needed and after consulting the size chart, I bought the Medium Light Beige. I liked the material and the color. Although it felt good, it was a bit wrinkly and it seemed to be too easy to insert my fingers into the top. So I emailed customer service and inquired about the sizing, explaining my problem. Could I buy the small one and then return whichever wasn't right? This CS was the BEST I've ever experience. I got an email reply a few hours after sending my inquiry. He said that he understood my problem; it can be hard to know which size to get. He told me that he would immediately send me the small as a replacement. Forty-eight hours later I got my new brace. It feels terrific. The material is soft where it needs to be and grips well around my knee. It's got the right amount of pressure and feels comfortable. I'm happy with it and I'm extremely pleased with this transaction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Neenca!

This medical device is snug, providing some strength for a weakening knee joint. There are reinforcing bands on both sides of it. The sleeve is longer than most fitting 5-6" above & below your knee cap so follow the fitting chart to avoid buying the wrong size. It definitely strengthens knee joint making it easier to stand up from seated. You pull it up & down by grabbing the side reinforcing strip areas. The rest is just sewn materiel that is stretchy and feels like it could tear. Comfortable enough to work an 8hr shift in. Not noticeable under my jeans unless seated.

I like this brace. I ordered another one. Comfortable. Just believe the sizing chart, don’t second guess and go up a size, I did and it was too big! So I had to order a third! Good amount of support, but not overly tight. Looks good for man or woman.
