These shirts hold up tough.We already had some and they are great, long lasting, heavy duty work shirts.For Big & Tall - they are longer than regular shirts but not dresses down past the butt.They are wide in the shoulders but not too wide.The sleeves are long enough but not too long.For a man who definitely needs Big & Tall but isn't so Big and Tall that he needs Andre the Giant sized clothes, these are great work shirts.Ordered for 6'4" long torso man.No belly (button) or butt crack show. They hang below the belt decently.They could be an inch or two longer and still be great but often the problem with Talls is that they are way too long. Shorter than they are by an inch or two would not be good. I don't think these are quite long enough to tuck in and stay tucked for who we ordered for, but that is not the desire.Typically for us - Regulars are too short, just above the belt and some Talls are way too long, below the butt.Finding brands that are just right is great.These are good.** Other reviews complained that they aren't soft enough. When ordering a Dickies Work Shirt - we don't want a soft shirt. Big and Tall men typically don't want a soft cotton t-shirt for construction type work. They often layer undershirts to get rid of that problem so not being soft is not a complaint here, it's a compliment to the product.Have a great day and enjoy ...

Definitely a step-up in quality with these T's-- much thicker than average ones I've bought in the past. Not exactly super soft-- there is a "toughness" to them but I like that because it seems to indicate they'll last longer. Not meaning to imply that they are uncomfortable, the comfort is fine, and that extra weight is perfect as a base layer when layering for cold winter weather. That is primarily why I bought them. Collar is good enough to have showing under a sweater for business casual dress, in my opinion. I normally wear XLT, and I ordered these in XXLT because it's 100% cotton and will probably shrink. The XXLT actually fits me quite well so I hope they don't shrink too much... Recommended.

I wear dickies products daily. This shirt is good on a fall day and holds right level of heat. Fits like a regular fit but can stretch it to you liking. Color looks slightly faded from what the picture shows but it's not bad

Dickies vs Carhartt. Both are quality products. The main difference is Carhartt is 100% cotton. While Dickies is 50% polyester and 50% cotton. Dickies is warmer in cold weather, doesn't shrink when washed or wrinkle as much. Dickies dries faster when wet and feels smoother against the skin.. Both do the job they are supposed to. in the end it comes down to cost with Dickies being significantly less expensive by as much of $5.00 to $20.00. I tend to look at the value and quality not the name.

I've worn this shirt several times now and I find the fit to be very good. I purchased a 2x as I'm on the hefty side. The fit is just slightly snug, not tight, which makes wearing it very comfortable. The sleeve length comes down to the base of the hand providing warmth and protection without getting in the way of your hands. The sleeves end in a cuff that is well sown and should last for a number of seasons. All-in-all I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I like these tall version shirts with the longer tail. I'm not particularly tall, but I'm not into showing off my underwear or , well, you know what shows when you bend over. The long tail does the trick and eliminates the plumber's crack. I also like the full-size shirt pocket as opposed to the decorative little pocket on other brands. This pocket is large enough to actually use, and as I often carry a pen, the little separate pen pocket is a great touch. The shirts texture is a little rough compared to some other brands, but these Dickies shirts are more durable and don't develop holes in them as quickly as those other brands. These are a great value for the price. Just wish they carried more colors.

When my husband first got these shirts, they were great. He liked the weight and the fit was perfect. He ordered 2XLT. After several washes he noticed they weren't as long as they were at first and sleeves length had shrunk. He had difficultly sliding the cuffs over his hand. As I reviewed the product, I shouldn't be surprised because they are 100% cotton. We wash in cold water, and limit the time in the dryer. We just wanted the buyer to be aware of the shrinkage.
